My favorite things to do on my day off are spending time with my wife and kids. We love going to the Brookfield Zoo and the Morton Arboretum.

  2. Do you have a favorite holiday? Why or why not?

My favorite holiday is Labor Day. Labor Day weekend, J Town Disc Golf brings about 50 players up to Sandy Point Disc Golf Resort for the Northwoods Open. Mike and Michelle have so graciously brought me onto the tournament staff. Sandy Point in the Northwoods is really an amazing place every disc golfer needs to visit.

  3. What’s your commute to work like?

I work all over the country and I drive 95% of the time. I have been in every lower 48 state this year as well as 2 countries. My commute is a bit crazy and sometimes it can be 39 hours one way.

  4. Do you like going to the movies or prefer watching at home?

I love watching movies at home with my wife and kids. They might not be good movies but the company is amazing.

  5. In the summer, would you rather go to the beach or go camping?

Camping. No doubt about it, everyone in my family except my wife would choose camping over the beach.

  6. What's one thing that can instantly make your day better?

Getting the chance to introduce a new player to disc golf. I also love getting the chance to see new players, younger kids on the course and walking up to them and giving them a few pointers and handing them a few discs out of my bag to have.

  7. What activity instantly calms you?

Putting, I love going to my backyard or to the course and just putting. something about the chains that soothes me.

  8. Would you rather cook or order in?

Cook. I love to grill and have been dabbling with smoking meats. Nothing is better than a home cooked meal.

In the woods with a fire and an ice cold beverage
