    1. What was the best vacation you ever took and why?

      A surprise trip to Disney World because nothing will ever beat the happiness and pure joy in our kids' faces when we told them we were going to Disney that morning.

    1. What are your hobbies, and how did you get into them?

      My main hobby is Disc Golf and I sort of just fell into it during a random guys trip to Holland, Michigan with some buddies. The yearly trips started in 2007 and our first time playing disc golf was in 2009 and the trip has since transitioned from wakeboarding, hanging at the beach, board games, and beach volleyball to mostly non stop disc golf for 3-5 days each year.

    2. How do you take your coffee?

      I never drank coffee until I had kids :)  I went from no coffee straight to triple and quad espresso shot mochas. I quickly realized I got pounding headaches skipping just one day so I decided to slow down. I switched to iced coffee with lots of cream and sugar, and over time I transitioned to now just straight black iced or hot coffee, no sweeteners or cream/milk.

    1. What was the last thing you read?

      Born a Crime by Trevor Noah.

    2. What’s the most unusual place you’ve fallen asleep?

      On the first cruise I took, my wife and I were having such a great time. One of the days we sat on these two extremely comfortable chaise lounge style chairs that were right next to each other near the shops overlooking the Promenade area. Sure enough, they were so comfortable that we ended up falling asleep for a while. Still one of the best naps I ever remember having to this day.

    3. Do you hit the snooze button or wake up immediately?

      When I am traveling for vacation or playing early disc golf (tourney or casual) I wake up immediately, but on most other days I snooze over and over :)

    1. Are you able to work from home, and if so, do you enjoy it?

      Yes, I have been working from home part time since about 2011 and full time since 2014 and I absolutely love it. Not having to commute and being home when my wife and kids are off for the summers can’t be beat.

    2. Do you have any pet peeves?

      Call me crazy but I have two unique pet peeves. I cannot stand when people call water heaters “Hot Water Heaters”.  News flash, if the water was already hot, it wouldn't need a heater! Also, perforation on items that just plain does not work drives me crazy, whether it be on paper towels, toilet paper, boxes, etc.

    3. What's your favorite ice cream topping?

      Hot fudge hands down. Or hands up, i don't care, as long as there is hot fudge we are good.
